SiteMinder Admin (v.6.)

This requirement is in the marked for sometime now, but none of the candidates is strong enough in SiteMinder or Identity Manager. No one know the ports that required to be opened in order for SiteMinder to process requests or what the ports open for. They also could not answer what the processes are within SiteMinder v.6. These candidates have to have worked with SiteMinder within a UNIX environment to clear the interview.

I client stopped sending the job description since the candidates are manipulating their resumes as per the req! All they are looking for is a HEAVY SiteMinder Admin in v.6 in a UNIX Mgr with Identity Manager experience.

Interview process would be very tough, they will be interviewed with SMEs and Gurus with SiteMinder and Identity Manager
