Adobe Framemaker expert

Location Washington, D.C.

Skills:

A minimum of 5 years experience with Adobe Framemaker including Framemaker 9.0, with expertise in the following areas:
1. Correcting overrides in unstructured documents
2. Implementing a proper tagging standard across multiple documents
3. Content authoring and editing of structured Framemaker files including the following content types: text, graphics, tables, header/footers, headings and any other types that are present in the Unistar COLA’s
4. Updating Element Definition Document(EDD) and Conversion Tables to meet content requirements
5. Attribute wrapping
6. Merging content of multiple documents into one master document
7. Configuration of book files to meet pagination and attribute filtering requirements
8. Troubleshooting both structured and unstructured framemaker issues
9. Converting structured Framemaker content into an xdocbook type XML format
10. Creating and updating a Document Type Definition (DTD)
11. Configuring and Implementing solutions inside of Teamcenter Content Management

Scope of Work and Duration:
1. 1 Week (40 hours) for Override clean up, Tag Creation, Updating of Conversion Tables and EDD, Quality Review – Sept 8 -11th
2. 1 Week (40 hours) for Content Merging, Book Configuration, and Testing Sept 14th – 18th
3. 1 Week (40 hours) for follow up training of COLA Authors and LBDCR updates Sept 21st – 25th
4. 1 Week (40 hours) for Publishing and NRC Preparations – Oct 19th – 23rd
