ROLE: .NET & C# Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The individual will be working on the project to enhance and maintain the framework in .NET and C#. The candidate will also be involved in the JAD sessions for the modules he/she will be responsible for developing and hence will have contact with clients during the course of the project. The individual needs to have extensive knowledge in the enterprise software development life-cycle with proven expertise in using and maintaining frameworks built on the Microsoft .NET platforms. The individual will have responsibility for leading team of developers and evaluating team member’s code for project compliance, maintainability and technique. They will be a go to person for helping to train team members and offer solutions to roadblocks. The individual will be working very closely with the Technical Architect and will be located at the client site.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must demonstrate significant previous experience in supporting Enterprise-level development frameworks based on the Microsoft .NET ASP.Net platform.

• 4+ years of experience in developing three tier application based on the .NET platform

• 8+ years of experience of developing Windows/Web Forms, User/Custom Controls, Windows Services, OOP using C#, C++, Delphi or Java

• 4+ years of experience in developing asp.net web pages, master pages, user controls using ASP.NET

• 4+ years acting as a development lead for a team of 5+ developers

• 2+ years developing projects using XML and XSLT

• 4+ years developing projects Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server. Oracle is the preferred platform

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Extensive knowledge in enterprise software development life-cycle. Proven expertise in software architecture design on Microsoft .NET framework platform

• Provide detailed architecture analysis, design and direction on the development activities for the system

• Lead the effort to validate all architecture anomalies to conclusion

• Provide documentation on all architecture decisions and best practices approaches to implementing the architecture design based on communication with the functional team.

• Develop application modules based on use case design

• Active Directory programming

• LLBLGen Pro (or similar OR/M tool)

• Microsoft C#

• Microsoft ASP.NET

• Microsoft WCF

• Web Services / SOA

• XML

• XSLT
