Must be very strong technically.

Front End J2EE, Java, Soap, Struts Back End Oracle RDB exp, Very strong in J2EE, JAVA (please tech test before submitting)JSP Servlets, Java Beans, Struts, HTML, Javascript, XML Webservices.

Manager needs candidates with very strong core Java and who are very strong in the fundamentals. They include Servlets, Ajax, JSP Struts, Hyperion, EJB, XML, Encapsulation and multi-threading. If they are strong in most areas he will still consider them for his group.
